By using Goodblend's services, you agree to comply with the transaction terms outlined below. Please read carefully before making any transactions.
2. Ordering
2.1. Order Process
- Select products and add to cart.
- Confirm delivery or pickup information.
- Choose payment method.
- Confirm and complete the order.
2.2. Order Confirmation
- An order is confirmed when you receive a notification via the app or email.
- Goodblend reserves the right to reject orders in case of out-of-stock products or invalid order information.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Product Pricing
- Prices displayed on the app and website include VAT.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but the price applied to your order is the price at the time of ordering.
3.2. Payment Methods
Goodblend accepts the following payment methods:
- In-app payment: E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay), bank cards.
- Cash on delivery (COD): Cash or bank transfer.
- In-store payment: Cash, card, or QR code.
4. Promotions
- Promo codes can only be applied once per order.
- Multiple promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
- Goodblend reserves the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Eligible Refund Cases
- Product delivered does not match the order.
- Product has quality issues (damaged, spoiled).
- Order cancelled by the store.
5.2. Refund Process
- Contact support within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
- Provide photo evidence (if available).
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
5.3. Non-refundable Cases
- Order has been delivered correctly and completely.
- Customer changes their mind after the order has been prepared.
- Product has been consumed or opened.
6. Membership Program
- Reward points are accumulated when purchasing via the app.
- Reward points can be used to redeem vouchers or direct discounts.
- Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of accumulation.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved by competent authorities under Vietnamese law.
